Nissan and LiCAP Technologies have joined forces to make electric car batteries cleaner and more efficient. Their new partnership will focus on using LiCAP’s innovative dry electrode method, which cuts out harmful chemicals and volatile compounds common in traditional battery manufacturing.
By doing so, the companies hope to make EV batteries not only better performing, but also more environmentally friendly—a move that supports Nissan’s larger push for sustainable transportation.
“Our collaboration with Nissan is about innovation and responsibility,” said LiCAP CEO Dr. Linda Zhong. “Together, we’re building the technology that will help drive a greener future.”
