Networking advancements include VLAN Group-level authorization and support for Open vSwitch Switchdev, which together enhance performance and security in multi-tenant environments.
OpenNebula 7.4 also strengthens data protection and backup systems. Updates to the OpenNebula Backup Exporter (OneBEX) include the introduction of Selected Disk Backups and production-ready support for Ubuntu 26.04.
